RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your peace of mind matters to us. We want you to feel confident every time you buy from Simphonia — that’s why we offer one of the most customer-friendly refund policies in the eSIM industry. Here’s our promise to you.
This policy applies to all purchases from Simphonia, operated by Lipták Lóránt E. V., Hungary.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

1. 30-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE

We stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason — including but not limited to device incompatibility, changed travel plans, or simply changing your mind — and your eSIM has not been activated, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
This guarantee applies when both conditions are met:
  • The eSIM has not been activated — meaning the QR code or tap-to-activate link has not been used to install the eSIM profile on any device, and no data connection has been established.
  • The request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
No questions asked. We believe you should only pay for products you actually use.
Note: The 30-day refund window always runs from the purchase date, regardless of when your data validity period begins.

2. FREE REPLACEMENT

If your eSIM experiences a malfunction or technical problem — such as failure to activate, connection issues caused by a provider-side error, or any other technical defect — we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.
To qualify for a free replacement:
  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
  • Our support team will troubleshoot the issue first. If the problem cannot be resolved, a replacement eSIM will be issued.
  • You may be asked to provide basic information to help us diagnose the issue (e.g., device model, country of use, screenshots of the error).
If a replacement is not possible or preferred, we will issue a full refund instead.
This 30-day replacement window is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under EU and Hungarian consumer law regarding defective products.

3. WHEN REFUNDS DON’T APPLY

Refunds and replacements are not available when:
  • The eSIM has been activated (the QR code or link was used to install the profile and the device has connected to a mobile network). This includes any data usage, even partial.
  • The refund or replacement request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
  • You experience slower-than-expected speeds due to local network conditions outside our control.
If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge regardless of the above conditions.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

To submit a request, email us at support@snapzim.com within 30 days of purchase and include:
  • Your full name and the email address used at checkout.
  • Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for the request.
  • For technical issues: any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots of the error).
We aim to respond to all requests within 24–48 hours.

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCT NOTICE

All products sold on https://snapzim.com are digital eSIM products delivered instantly to your email address via QR code, activation code, or tap-to-activate link. Because delivery is immediate and the product is consumed digitally, standard physical return procedures do not apply.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
  • You have verified that your device is eSIM compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing.
  • eSIM packages include data connectivity only — no voice calls, SMS, or phone number.
  • Each QR code and tap-to-activate link is single-use and becomes void after installation.
  • Data validity starts from first use in the destination country, not the purchase date, unless stated otherwise on the product page. The 30-day refund window, however, always runs from the purchase date.
  • Before completing your purchase, you are required to confirm device compatibility via a mandatory checkout checkbox. This confirmation is saved to your order record.

7. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (the “Right of Withdrawal”). However, this right does not apply to digital content that has already been made available (i.e. the eSIM code or activation link has been delivered to your email), provided you gave your express consent via the mandatory checkout confirmation checkbox, and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal before the purchase was completed. This consent is recorded on your order at the time of purchase.
By completing your purchase on our Site, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery of the eSIM code or activation link.
